2022/23 WS Font Specimen – Gap Sans
My Font is based on the all time classic “Futura”. I chose this one because of its clean lines an its simplicity. The concept of my Font are gaps, as the name already reveals. Inside the specimen I kept it clean and defined, to match the Fonts intentions. For making the Font, we used Illustrator and Fontself, for the booklet we used InDesign.

WUP – Visual Communication
The 1st semester, the so-called »WUP« or Warm-Up Semester is an interdisciplinary design foundation course. The WUP semester for the Major in Design is divided into two teaching modules: »Visual Communication« and »Product Design«. WUP-VC: WUP – Visual Communication 22/23 In the WUP »Visual Communication« the students had to design four exercises: Module 1. Digital Drawing Basics »Design Classic«.
