Can a typeface reflect society?

Eyes on me - How to revolutionise the world with a typeface

Filippo Oro

Eyes on me - How to revolutionise the world with a typeface is a brochure about on typeface - Baskerville - and how the society changed in its years. The publication wants to explore the big changes that happened both in 1757, year in which Baskerville was created, and in 1989, when Monotype published its version of the famous typeface.

However, these changes shaped our society, and everything could have started from just a small typeface.
