Typography and Graphics – A typeface and its era Program
BA Major Design Semester
2024/25 SS Have you ever wondered what was behind the font you used to format your documentation, or to make a required presentation, or even to write a mile-long argumentative text?
We asked ourselves what was really behind it and investigated about a "typeface and its era".
In this project, we looked deeper into a specific typeface and all its facets, from the historical context to innovations, and in parallel to the countless stories that are described by linear letters and words in a common and known set.
We went further in trying to understand something that could allow us to open our eyes to a broad reality.
This brochure will allow you to take a journey through the 80s era and beyond, enabling you to learn about it and opening your eyes to the new reality brought by the "Unica font" in our society.
