Steelight
Steelight is a pendant lighting project that arises from the need for uniform illumination. It treats light as a material, directing it where necessary and filtering it where it is disruptive. At the same time, there is an antithetical dialogue of materials, involving perceptions of strength and fragility.
Supported by two thin metal wires, a volume of paper upheld by a steel framework stands as an emblem of fragility and lightness in a technological gathering. Milky paper, sustained by a minimal stainless steel structure, is permeated by light, illuminating the texture of the material and the efficiency of the forms. The parts narrow towards the ends and undergo twisting processes, resulting from a phase of component and waste reduction.
The skeleton consists of a rigid fulcrum 130 cm long that, like a spine, provides rigidity and strength. The fulcrum supports the lampshade, composed of two strips of paper held in place by hooks. This ensures quick installation. The lampshade is also customizable by replacing the provided paper with DIN A4 sheets.
The light source consists of LED chip light bars attached to the horizontal profiles. This allows for the conductive properties of the metal to be used in heat dissipation and its reflective characteristics for directing light.
The technological layering that characterizes Steelight enables wireless adjustment of the brightness level, allowing separate control of the lower and upper light beams. This allows for variations and combinations of direct and diffused light, ensuring great versatility of use.

However, he must have clear ideas and first of all identify his fields of interest and the sector in which he wishes to enter and then which companies he would like to collaborate with. He needs to develop a particular sensitivity to understand the different philosophies of the companies he is considering and to perceive the "gaps" within the existing collections
